運動器リハビリテーション料（Ⅰ）に係る届出を行っている保険医療機関において、関節の変性疾患、関節の炎症性疾患その他の慢性の運動器疾患により、一定程度以上の運動機能及び日常生活能力の低下を来している患者のうち、当該疾患の手術を行っていない患者に対して、運動器リハビリテーションを提供する場合は、運動器リハビリテーション料（Ⅰ）にて算定可能となっております。
